The 4th digital citizen certificate service is start in Kyoto City Zoo!
Kyoto City Zoo has the second longest history as a zoo in Japan. which is founded in 1897.
The reconstruction setting a goal to be a "close and joyful zoo" which has been proceed for 7years from 2009 was done and will have its grand opening just in time.
Inside the zoo, there are a lot of facilities where anyone from adults to a children can enjoy such as a 'library café' which collected children's books, pictorial books, and animals books, 'exhibit room' which collected valuable specimens of animals which had been raised inside the zoo, and 'Otogi no Kuni (Children's zoo)' where you can touch with living animals, etc.
You can get the original sticker of Hello KYOTO for free. In addition, if you show your digital citizen certificate at the same time, you can get "two post cards" as well. These are special postcards which animals in zoo are drawn. Please come prepared your digital citizen certificate on the Hello KYOTO app!

Park closing: every Monday (If it is a national holiday, closing day is replaced with next weekday)
March-November: 9:00-17:00 (entrance is open 8:30)
